Shots of the Concerts
I have collected here the pictures I took of some of the concerts. All the Chamber Concerts were free, though donations towards the expenses were requested. The participants are all young "professionals", ie students who are in one of the major colleges training to be professionals. They were all there by invitation, that is to say, they were judged to have the potential for an outstanding career. They were supported by a number of "mentors". Their schedule was gruellingThe first concert was actually in Oban on the Friday and lasted a full week with a concert every night. We did not go to the first one because Barbara was taking part in a hand bell ringing concert in Tainuilt.
